The AS-1000F is a short range motion controller designed for inkjet printing on stationary products. The end adapter can accommodate CIJ, HP cartridge or other DOD printers. The compact design allows the motion unit to be dropped into tight locations on production lines or fixtured as a table top printing system. The AS-1000F is actuated by any dry contact closure. When activated the controller will provide an 0-30 VDC output trigger to the inkjet printer and start the in-out motion. The trigger will be held on until the end of the return stroke. The system comes complete with motion actuator, controller, mounting stand with in-out and up-down adjustment , 12' printer trigger cable, and foot switch with a 6' cord.

The JETMARK I Traverser is a family of short range extend-retract motion controllers designed for inkjet printing on stationary products. The end adapter can accommodate CIJ, HP cartridge or other DOD printers. The unit is available in three stroke lengths 0-2", 0-4", and 0-6". The traverse speed is adjustable from 0-8"/sec. The JETMARK I is actuated by any dry contact closure. When activated the controller will provide an 0-30VDC output trigger to the inkjet printer and start the in-out motion. The trigger will be held on until the end of the return stroke. The system comes complete with motion actuator, controller, adjustable mounting stand, 12' trigger cable, and foot switch with a 6' cord.

For Rollstock and other wide web equipment we offer belt driven traversers that move the printing device past the substrate to be marked during a dwell cycle in the packaging process. The belt drive is simple, fast and easy to maintain. All of our belt traversers use an industrial PLC controller with operator interface. This provides a fully programmable system for a variety of package configurations.
