The JETMARK II PRO is actuated by any dry contact closure. When activated the controller will provide a 0-30VDC output trigger to the inkjet printer and start the in-out motion. The trigger will be held on until the end of the return stroke. The system comes complete with an 18" adjustable mounting stand, motion actuator, controller, 12' print trigger cable, and foot switch with a 6' cord.

The traverser uses dual rail linear bearings. The rails are plated with an Armalloy finish for corrosion resistance. All fastener and guards are 304 stainless steel. A multitude of mounting configurations are available from cantilever to foot mount.

The AS-1000F is a short range motion controller designed for inkjet printing on stationary products. The end adapter can accommodate CIJ, HP cartridge or other DOD printers. The compact design allows the motion unit to be dropped into tight locations on production lines or fixtured as a table top printing system. The AS-1000F is actuated by any dry contact closure. When activated the controller will provide a dry contact output trigger to the inkjet printer and start the in-out motion.

The Manual Slide Table is an encoded platform that provides a method to manually mark various products in a range of sizes using a variety of inkjet technologies. Operation is simple. Load a message into the inkjet printer; place the part against the edge rails; adjust the inkjet print head position for optimum marking; using one of the table handles, smoothly move the table from left to right. A photo eye triggers the printer as the table moves to the right. The encoder tracks the motion so the print is consistent throughout the move. The print trigger is reset when the table is back to start position.

The WCT-1000 is a fixture designed to allow for ink printing on a variety of small tubular products. Inter- changeable guide rollers maintain the position of the product for printing. Spring loaded rollers provide for quick loading while maintaining pressure on the product as it is pulled through the fixture. An encoder attached to a pressure roll tracks motion to provide velocity information to the printer. The print head is mounted in a 2-axis micro-adjust slide that allows quick setup for a wide range of materials.
